Our gymnastics/Olympic lifting track is an add on enrollment option to your CrossFit membership. Offered 2x per week, this track is geared towards athletes looking to improve gymnastics and Olympic lifting skills. Classes are offered in 6 week blocks alternating between Gymnastics and Olympic Lifting.
Gymnastic skills include but are not limited to handstands, pull-ups, push-ups, core strengthening, and overall strength and stability needed to help reduce the risk of injury.
Olympic lifting skills include but are not limited to Clean and Jerk, and Snatch movements. Learning these movements, becoming proficient and increase strength/power will help reduce the risk of injury.
