STIMULUS and GOALS
Grab a partner and saddle up for this grit and grind multiple-set muscle endurance adventure. Athletes will approach these 4-sets with strategic and planned reps that will allow them to stay aggressive and avoid potential burn-out. Reps don’t have to be split evenly (Step ups), but it should be noted that athletes need to scale accordingly so that both can get a solid workout in.
The first set is always the tester, so take it lightly and then see if you can steadily ramp it up as the sets go on. Be smooth and steady through the snatches, don’t rush your partner.
