STIMULUS and GOALS
Stimulus is moderate to moderate/high pace. Volume in this workout is on the smaller end of moderate, meaning athletes can push the pace during rounds without a terribly large risk of burnout. Athletes should aim to score the same time across sets or get slightly faster.
Stay moving and keep transitions aggressive (10-15 seconds).
