STIMULUS and GOALS
The stimulus for today’s partner workout is moderate-high intensity. Athletes should work back and forth with planned reps that will allow for intensity to be kept up without early burnout. During the synchro toes to bar is where we dial it back a little with and try to keep chipping away.
Transitions need to be quick and flawless. A lot of time is won and lost switching between sets and movements, so communicate and be ready to work when itโs your time to shine.
