STIMULUS and GOALS
Stimulus is moderate-high intensity. Both partners will complete all reps of thrusters (45 total across the entire workout for each partner – one works while one rests) while splitting the rope climb reps up with each other. Teams are allowed one bar unless they are using different weights. Be aggressive with transitions and go big on thruster sets.
