STIMULUS and GOALS
For today’s workout, we are taking a little different approach with our partner workout. Athletes will start with one partner running while the opposite partner is completing an AMRAP until the running partner returns. Once the run is completed, athletes will switch, and the partner that finished the run will proceed through the AMRAP from where their partner stopped. Communication needs to be on point when switching so the partner going into the AMRAP knows what round and rep need to continue from. Score by total rounds + reps completed between the two athletes.
Pacing must be steady and consistent on both ends to avoid burning out and spending too long on one station.
The workout ends when each partner has completed the run five times, with a 30 minute time cap.
