Today we get to focus on one movement, the clean and jerk.
In the strength portion we will workout up to a heavy squat clean and jerk. The clean must be a full squat however you may choose to push jerk or split jerk.

In the classic benchmark workout “Grace” we are looking for 30 clean and jerks for time. A squat clean and split jerk are acceptable movements for this but this workout is “for time” and a power clean and push jerk should be a more realistic approach to this workout.
