STIMULUS and GOALS
We start off our Semi-Finals week with Event 1, which we all know was the long grind of the workouts. Pacing here needs to be steady and not rushed through the ergs/running stations. It’s all grunt work through the sled pulls, and if unavailable, use the man makers as a substitute. Athletes should avoid coming out hot on the bike and digging themselves into a hole they can not climb out of.
