Partner Saturday means itโ€™s time to find a friend willing to suffer with you. Pacing should be moderately aggressive and consistent, as athletes will split reps as needed to sustain a steady workflow for the entire 20 minutes. Athletes will split calories on the rower stations, run together, and then complete one 25-foot handstand walk. We want to see partners set the pace early and try to replicate from round to round. Solid communication to minimize transition times between partners will maximize efficiency.

Remember, it does not always have to be split evenly and ensure athletes establish who goes first on the row and handstand walk.
