STIMULUS and GOALS
The stimulus for today’s partner workout is going to be a GRIND! Athletes should try to partner up with someone of similar skill sets to avoid multiple equipment usage at each station. Steady and consistent moderate-high effort through each portion should be the goal. Athletes need to come up with a plan that allows both partners to sustain a solid work effort while splitting reps as close to 1:1 as possible.
Partners should try and replicate their pacing/sets on the back end once the wall balls are complete.
