STIMULUS and GOALS
Stimulus is a steady effort on the “buy-in” movement of each couplet so that athletes can apply a consistent, purposeful effort to the max rep movement of each couplet. Going too hard on the beginning movement will result in a diminished effort where the extra time earned from going harder won’t pay off in regards to the extra fatigue that is created.

The goal for athletes is to have at least 3+ minutes of Max Reps/Calories.
