Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
For 4 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
12 Deadlifts, 185/135 lbs
24 AbMat Sit-ups
Rest 1 min between each cycle. For each cycle continue the AMRAP.

Eventually you will have to break up the deadlifts at some point
While everyone could go unbroken, it’s more about how big sets of deadlifts would affect you in the 3rd and 4th interval.
Consider 1 quick break on your way to 12 reps
The AbMat sit-ups are a chance to breathe and keep moving forward (and literally lay down)
