Today’s workout is a steady and moderate grind between partners. Athletes should partner up with someone of similar skill sets to allow for consistency. Establishing a pace early on that is repeatable is crucial to sustaining intensity and a constant output for both athletes.

Communication is always the key when partnered up. Athletes need to be vocal with one another and not be afraid to make an audible if pacing is hindering performance.
