As many reps as possible in 15 mins of:
5 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
5 Double Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans, 50/35 lbs
5 Hand Release Push-ups
10 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
10 Double Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans, 50/35 lbs
10 Hand Release Push-ups
15 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
15 Double Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans, 50/35 lbs
15 Hand Release Push-ups
… Continue adding 5 reps each round to each movement until time expires.

GENERAL
The first two rounds essentially serve as the buy-in for the larger, double digit rounds
As we climb in reps, unbroken sets without a ton of rest will be challenging
For that reason, let’s come into this workout with a “chip away” mentality
Every set is divisible by 5, so naturally, quick sets of 5 can be a simple plan as these rounds get bigger
At the end of the day, do what you have to do to keep moving
