Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
– Establish an 8 RM for the day. Then, perform a drop set of 8 reps at 85% and 8 reps 80% of that 8 RM.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 mins of:
75 Double Unders
25 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
max rep Single Dumbbell Box Step-ups, 50/35 lbs, 24/20 in
* Rest 1 min
** Repeat for 3 Rounds
Each interval will start with 75 Double Unders, 25 Wall Balls,
and will finish with max rep Single Dumbbell Box Step Ups in remaining time .
After 3 min athletes will get a 1 min break and then repeat.
