Athletes should go off of their Heavy Single from week 1, and if they are new or missed, then use a lightweight that feels good and looks good.
Make sure athletes focus on a deep stomach breath before every lift.
Deadlift is always a scary lift to go heavy on, so please ensure athletes are cautious of form.

Stimulus is moderate-high intensity across the entire workout. This is one of those workouts where we challenge athletes to push harder than they think. Be controlled, but be aggressive; don’t be afraid to take a chance.

It’s all about who will go into that dark place and keep attacking. Steady off the start, survive the middle, and sell out in that final round.
