Stimulus for today’s workout is going to be a grind. 15 rounds complied with low rep gymnastics and a quick bike erg will keep athletes in a non-stop frenzy. Athletes use the first 2 rounds to establish a pace and see if they can stay consistent until the final “push” on the last round.
Goal pace for athletes should be 1 round every 75-90 seconds. Make sure they have a round counter.
