2 Deadlifts, 85% 1RM

Athletes should go off of their Heavy Single from week 1, and if they are new or missed, then use a lightweight that feels good and looks good.

Make sure athletes focus on a deep stomach breath before every lift.

Deadlift is always a scary lift to go heavy on, so please ensure athletes are cautious of form.

5 rounds for time of:

10 Dumbbell Box Step-ups, 50/35 lbs, 24/20 in

20 Push-ups

* Rest 30 secs

Stimulus is moderate pacing across all rounds. Athletes should be using a dumbbell weight that will allow for unbroken sets each round, and the push ups should be broken into manageable sized sets that will allow for consistent pacing but avoid burnout.
