STIMULUS and GOALS
Here’s a workout inspired by the 2018 Regionals Team Event 5. Probably one of my favorite partner workouts I have ever performed on the competition floor.
The Stimulus we want in this chipper is a consistent moderate effort with strategic rep schemes to allow both partners to maintain a constant output. Be warned, this workout attacks the grip from start to finish!
