Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

• Aim to start your first set around 70-75% of your best power clean.
• Increase load each set as you see fit. Building to your heaviest set.
• Rest at least 2:00 between your sets.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 mins of:
