Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

 

For 3 cycles:

AMRAP in 4 mins of:

6 Front Squats, 115/75 lbs

8 Pull-ups

10 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

Rest 1 min between each cycle. For each cycle continue the AMRAP.
