STIMULUS and GOALS
This workout is going to be a grind. Arms will swell up like balloons, so play it safe early on and break movements up early and often. Athletes need to be smart, listen to their bodies, and know when itโs time to switch with their partners.
Muscle Endurance will be a huge factor, so make smart, calculated breaks to survive.
Warning: This is 150 Strict Handstands (total). Advanced athletes who are comfortable with the volume should only attempt it. Please adjust to kipping if necessary
