Take 5-7 min to build to 75% of 1RM Power Snatch before starting EMOM
We will use 75% straight across the EMOM
Pick a skill in the snatch that you are weak at (i.e. speed under the bar, hip contact, footwork, ect…) and focus on improving that skill throughout the EMOM
3 rounds for time of:

10 Power Snatches, 135/95 lbs
This workout will take most athletes in between 8-12 min
