STIMULUS and GOALS
2 people working and 1 person resting should allow athletes to keep a moderate effort on the bike while ramping it up through the 2-rounds. Athletes need to make sure they can finish the rounds in a timely manner (2 minutes or less) to avoid holding up the rotation.

We want to be able to breathe on the bike with a moderate effort and attack almost 80-90% Fran-type push during the 2 rounds, knowing we have rest that follows.

Goal is to not have the partner on the bike rest longer than 20-30 seconds waiting on Partner 2 before going into the 2 rounds.

If athletes cannot perform overhead squats, allow them to modify to a front squat.
