STIMULUS and GOALS
Score is the total time for teams to complete 200/160 calories on the bike. Partner 1 will start on the bike, and Partner 2 will begin with deadlift/hs walk station. After Partner 2 completes deadlift/hs walk/deadlift, partners can switch. Partner 2 does not have to rush through deadlift/hs walk but should move through purposefully. Partners should find a balance between effort applied to each section so that bike partners can work at a moderate/moderate-high pace.

Ensure athletes set up their equipment so the partner on the bike can see their partner going through the deadlift/handstand walk so they know how long pace needs to be kept.
