* Rest 1:1 between each round.
Stimulus is moderate to moderate high intensity across sets with the intention of scoring similar times across sets. Low volume on movements will allow athletes to complete rounds quickly, but going too fast may result in the potential for burnout. Fatigue created from lunges and wall walks will affect the athlete’s ability to double under effectively. Athletes will be completing 3 sets of 2 rounds with a 1:1 rest after every 2 rounds,
