Teams of 2 for today’s partner mash up Thanksgiving Day Workout.
THE APPETIZER
Teams will work 1 person at a time eating away at the calories and heavy power cleans.You may switch as desired. All calories on the bike must be consumed before moving on to the power cleans. Power cleans should be done at a weight that you have to break up in singles.Multiple bars may be used if athletes are using different weight.
THE ENTREE
Once again teams will be eating away calories 1 at a time, however, the wall balls will be synchronized. All calories on the rower must be consumed before moving on to the wall balls. Switch as desired on the rowing machine. The synchro portion of the rep will be counted at the bottom of the squat.
THE DESSERT
Hope you saved room for dessert! Teams will have 1 person work at a time and may switch as desired until 500 reps are accumulated
If short on bikes teams may start with The Entree first before moving on to The Appetizer
Dinner time will be capped at 40min.
