STIMULUS and GOALS
Stimulus is moderate intensity with consideration of building fatigue across rounds. Athletes will work one to one (work:rest or rounds back and forth with a partner). Leg fatigue from bike will heavily affect wall balls so athletes should be strategic when considering bike pacing.
