STIMULUS and GOALS

Stimulus is moderate, steady intensity across all rounds. Athletes should aim to utilize the time between movements to recover as fast possible so that purposeful (and potentially unbroken) effort can be kept. However, athletes should be smart early on if they feel their grip start to break down and begin to break sets up.
Use the clock to keep round times consistent, and challenge advanced athletes to keep rounds between 45-60 seconds.
