The stimulus is moderate pacing across the entire workout. Solid communication on running pace and preferred strategy on wall balls will keep teams moving efficiently. Split handstand push ups as needed to keep intensity and effort up.

Athletes need to focus on communicating and knowing when to adjust their pace when one athlete begins to fall off. Shoulder fatigue will begin to add up. Suggest to athletes to switch up the order on who starts handstands to lighten the load.
