STIMULUS and GOALS
Stimulus is steady pacing between partners to maximize effort/time that can be applied to the sandbags over box/bar. Teams will work together at a pace that works for both partners to earn time on sandbags. 2 teams can work at the same station in a you go/I go fashion to minimize the amount of equipment that is used. Be sure to attach bars to the rig with a band if sandbag over bar is performed. Teams should have at least 1 min to work on the sandbag.
