Stimulus is moderate to moderate high intensity. Rowing portions should be utilized as recovery efforts, and athletes should expect to attempt big sets on power snatches due to Rx weight being on the lighter side. This workout will get very grippy, so a relaxed grip on the rower and utilization of hook grip on the barbell will serve athletes well in the long run.
Advanced athletes should try for near unbroken sets the whole way through.
