Stimulus is steady pacing across the entire 10 minutes. Athletes should find an intensity that can be maintained across all rounds. Glancing at the clock in the first round will give the athlete a good idea of what they should aim for in subsequent rounds. Focusing on breathing and keeping the body as relaxed as possible (not redlining) is key for consistency and continued movement.
