The stimulus for this workout is going to be a GRIND! Athletes will be forced to make some decisions early on. Do they attack the row, break up the squats, or pace the row and go for broke on the squats? Ideally, we want a good mixture of both, but we should adjust to our best effort depending on the athlete and their strengths.
