Time cap: 30 minutes
Stimulus for today’s workout is going to be a grind. Fifteen rounds complied with low rep gymnastics, and a quick bike erg will keep athletes in a non-stop frenzy. Athletes use the first two rounds to establish a pace and see if they can stay consistent until the final “push” in the last round.

Goal pace for athletes should be 1 round every 1:30-1:45. Make sure they have a round counter.
