Athletes should go off of their Heavy Single from week 1, and if they are new or missed, then use a lightweight that feels good and looks good.
Make sure athletes focus on a deep stomach breath before every lift.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

10 Toes-to-bars

Handstand Walk, 25 ft

10 Hang Power Cleans, 95/65 lbs

Handstand Walk / 3 Wall Walks

Target number of Rounds: 7+ Rounds
Minimum number of Rounds before scaling: 5 Rounds

Stimulus is moderate intensity across all rounds. Using a hook grip on the barbell will help mitigate grip fatigue created by toes to bar/barbell work. We wanted to add in some handstand walks for those that are proficient or want to try, Enjoy!

Test the waters on the first two rounds and see how the grip and breathing hold up. After that, the clock now becomes the pacer as athletes should strive for consistent times across all rounds.
