Ken Hoffman

Coach

Ken’s athletic journey started early, at 8 years old —on the soccer fields of the UK, where he first learned to compete, adapt, and push himself. That passion for movement carried him through high‑level soccer into college and eventually into a wide range of sports including baseball, basketball, tennis, and distance running. As life evolved, so did his athletic focus, leading him to golf and later to the training style that would become his true fitness home: CrossFit.

Ken began CrossFit in 2012 after his wife suggested he give it a try. More than a decade later, he’s still hooked. As an experienced “masters” athlete, he has learned the value of smart training, intentional scaling, and long‑term sustainability. His coaching philosophy centers on meeting athletes where they are, helping them find the right version of every workout, and ensuring that each person leaves the gym healthier, safer, and more confident than when they walked in.

Outside the gym, Ken loves spending time with his wife and daughters, traveling, and sneaking in a round of golf whenever he can.
