About SHRED Crossfit
SHRED CrossFit started in the summer of 2010. We began in a 1,200 sq. ft. space that we shared with another business. Since then we have consistently grown over the years and continue to help people with their health and fitness goals.
Recently, SHRED CrossFit moved into its fourth location! SHRED CrossFit is a dedicated community that supports and encourages our athletes to meet their fitness, health and wellness goals.
Our coaches are passionate about CrossFit and well educated in the methodology to help you increase your max lifts, perfect your pull-up, or increase your endurance. Our 8,000 sq. ft. facility offers plenty of space for athletes during class times.

Each day at SHRED CrossFit, we want to track towards your specific goals. We can do that by tailor each workout to your individual ability. In the CrossFit community we call this “scaling”. This allows us to dial up or down the intensity and workload to suit each athlete’s skill level.
These subtle, yet important changes to each workout allow us to create the ideal training day for you, while keeping together what we know and love, our exciting group classes.

A Fitness Program Specific to Your Goals & Ability
We believe in classic CrossFit…let’s not reinvent the wheel. Our classes focus on constantly varied, functional movements performed at relatively high intensities specific to each athletes’ physical and psychological tolerances. We perform strength focused wod’s 2-3 times per week.
Our excel track is extra programming provided for free to our unlimited athletes. This programming is geared towards athletes looking to supplement their CrossFit workouts with added strength, core training and endurance.
Our gymnastics track is an add on enrollment option to your CrossFit membership. Offered 3x per week, this track is geared towards athletes looking to improve gymnastics skills. These skills include but are not limited to handstands, pull-ups, push-ups, core strengthening, and overall strength and stability needed to help reduce the risk of injury.
